Yemeni cuisine is one of the oldest and most flavorful food traditions in the world — yet it remains one of the most undiscovered. Dār was born from a desire to change that. We bring recipes passed down through generations — slow-cooked stews, hand-stretched breads, and coffee brewed the way it has been for centuries in the mountains of Yemen. Everything is made fresh, from scratch, with the same love and intention your grandmother would put into a meal.
